West Ham face Huddersfield at the London Stadium on Monday evening, in the fourth round of matches in the Premier League.

The Hammers come into this match in poor form, having lost all three of their opening matches.

Considering the poor start to their season that is a fantastic win for the Toon, with West Ham continuing their slump.

Bilic is under huge pressure at this stage of the season, having lost all three matches very convincingly.

West Ham are rock bottom of the Premier League, with no points and a goal difference of -8.

They have lost to Newcastle, Southampton and Manchester United in their first three games.

Slaven Bilic's side are under immense pressure, he has reportedly got just three games to save his job.

 

Hammers Favourites

West Ham do come into this match as favourites, despite their appalling start to this new season.

This is simply a must win match for the Hammers, it is their first home game of the season after the Athletics during the summer.

The Hammers will be looking to make it back to back wins against Huddersfield.

The Terriers come into this match on the back of a 0-0 draw against Southampton, a good result for Wagner's men.

That draw was Southampton's second draw this season, having also drawn the opening match against Swansea.

The Saints dominated possession with 55% of the ball, but only produced six shots and converting three of them on target.

In comparison with the hosts who had 45% of the ball, but produced 15 total shots and six on target.

David Wagner will be delighted by those statistics, with the Terriers creating plenty of chances.

Huddersfield had a great campaign last season, with the Terriers promoted via the play off route.

They have started the season in excellent and unbeaten form, taking seven points from the opening three games.

The Terriers won their opening matches against Palace and Newcastle, drawing their final match against Southampton.

David Wagner has made an excellent start to life as a Premier League manager, his high pressing style suited to the Premier League.

David Wagner's side come into this match as underdogs, despite their excellent form.

This will be a tough match for Huddersfield, with West Ham desperate for a result.

Huddersfield will be looking to make it 13 wins in 23 matches against the Hammers.
