This is a nice looking Group 3 race for two year olds and there are a few with chances.

Wonderland won in really impressive fashion on his debut at Kempton and is thrown straight into Group company. This is obviously a massive step up but it will be interesting to see how he goes here.

Lawmaking for Andre Fabre was only just beaten a head in a Group 3 in France last time out and has good claims now over this extra furlong.

Sanus Per Aquam is the highest rated in the field but has been turned over as the favourite in his last two races and I think he would like firmer ground than he will get today.

Haalick for Rogert Varian was second in a Listed race on his last start to the impressive Tasweeq at Doncaster. If he can improve again he has what it takes to at least make the frame in this company.

The one I really like here is Tasleet for William Haggas. He was giving weight all round last time out at York and still looked to have plenty in hand. He has shaped as though the extra furlong here will really suit him and he definitely goes on this sticky ground. He was only beaten by the excellent Shalaa in the Richmond Stakes at Goodwood (Group 2) and I think he is the class act in the field. In what is a really open betting race the best price of 9/2 is a cracking bit of value in my opinion.

John Gosden's Flying Officer won a Conditions Stakes in fine style last time out by over four lenghts. He beat melodious that day who has since come out and only just been narrowly beaten in a Group 2. He is really lightly raced for a five year old and I think there is plenty more to still to come. He definitely has a good bit of improvement in him and has won four of his seven races to date.

Forever Now appears to be his main challenger but Frankie has switched onto Flying Officer and I am confident he will be plenty good enough this afternoon.

    1. Hi John, you will need to speak to Jason regarding this as the selections that I post on this blog are completely independent, and I have no idea what the naps that they provide are each day.
