Champions League

Chelsea host PSG tonight at Stamford Bridge in the second leg of this second round tie, and it is really delicately poised from the first at 2-1 to PSG.

The away goal that Chelsea got in France could yet prove crucial and it will be fascinating to see how both sides play in this match. The onus is on Chelsea to come forward from the off as they have to win the game to have an chance of progressing to the quarter finals. This may provide opportunities for PSG on the break and they can be deadly with Ibrahimovic leading the line.

Chelsea's form has been solid, if unspectacular, over the past few months and they have developed a much better mentality under Gus Hiddink. They are on a long unbeaten run at the moment, this does include several draws, and confidence should be quite high. I definitely think they have a good chance of getting the win they require, however I think they will need to score early on to give everyone a lift. The longer the game goes without a Chelsea goal, or indeed if PSG score, then I think the majority inside Stamford Bridge will get restless and it will be very tough for Chelsea.

They are best price 19/10 to take the win tonight (this is to win inside 90 minutes, not to progress) and it is something that represents a little bit of value as I am confident they have the attacking weapons to hurt PSG. Whether or not the defence can keep the French side at bay remains to be seen, but I am willing to stump up and find out.

This looks like a good opportunity for Fair Loch, trained by Brian Ellison, to get back to winning ways. He has already won two hurdles races in this grade and he wasn't disgraced when running in a far superior race at Leicester in very heavy going two runs ago, and last time out he was a respectable third in a class 4 handicap hurdle. Megan Carberry takes the ride again so her five pound claim will come in handy and further boost the chance of Fair Loch being in the winners enclosure.
