Swansea come into this campaign on the back of a disappointing season overall, finishing in 15th place.
It was a season of complete turmoil for the Swans, with three different managers gracing the dugout.
Paul Clement arrived in January and steadied the ship, keeping them in the Premier League.
The former Chelsea, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich assistant will be looking to take the Swans up another level.

Premier League
Swansea's opening fixture of this brand new Premier League campaign is against Southampton on Saturday 12th August, at St. Marys.

Crystal Palace (A) 26th August
Newcastle (H) 9th September
Tottenham (A) 16th September
This is a tough set of opening fixtures for the Swans, with both United and Spurs facing them inside the first month.
Those fixtures are sandwiched in the middle of winnable games against Crystal Palace, Southampton and Newcastle.
They are games that Swansea have to target, as they are unlikely to get much from the Spurs and United games.
Swansea registered 12 wins during their last campaign ending the season with 41 points, 7 clear of the relegation zone in the end.
This season was a slight disappointment on the 2015/16 campaign, where they won 12 matches and registered 47 points, and finished in 12th place.
Those finishes prove that Swansea have been flirting with the wrong end of the table over the last few seasons, this will need to change this season.
Cup Football
As well as consolidating their position in the Premier League, Swansea will be looking for a successful cup run.
They exited the EFL Cup early at the hands of Manchester City, with Guardiola's men narrowly winning 2-1.
They also exited the FA Cup at the first time of asking, losing 2-0 at home against Hull City.
This is an area that the club will have identified to move forward, with poor league and cup performances not likely to have amused the clubs fans or the board.
Transfer Activity
Swansea's main aim will be to add some quality to their ranks, but they have to keep hold of their best players.
Their main area of weakness was the defensive areas, and they have yet to really address that.
The main story of their summer has been the transfer cloud hanging over Gylfi Sigurdsson, with the Iceland international linked with Everton.
He has been a crucial player for Swansea down the years, his last season saw him score nine goals and assist 15, an incredible return for a side at the bottom of the table.
Fernando Llorente is another key man for Swansea, Chelsea have been linked and it would be impossible to replace those goals.

One To Watch
Gylfi Sigurdsson is the one to watch for Swansea this season.
If they can keep hold of him it would be a minor miracle, especially with free spending Everton registering two huge bids already.
The Icelandic international was incredible last season, contributing to an amazing 24 goals for Swansea, which is more than half of their total goals.
It will be very intriguing to see how he goes should he move to Everton, with the likes of Wayne Rooney already there his role could be limited.
