This has been a poor season for Man City in the Premier League, they have won 19 matches this season and they have played some excellent football at times but where Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have failed to turn in decent performances the league was there for the taking for Manchester City. Especially when you consider the riches and players at their disposal.
They are just ahead of struggling city rivals Manchester United this season and a win here will be enough to keep Manchester United below them in 5th position.
