The Premiership is looking tight this year and I think there could be few surprises today! I don't have much faith in Man City at Stoke and Utd are struggling to find goals. Today I will be looking at League 1 and 2, although there is 1 game I will be betting on in the Premier league.

fulhamFulham v West Brom

Niether side has impressed me and I think West Brom will struggle this season. This is a game that Fulham will expect to win and if their forward line up can gel then I think they can get all 3pts here.

Fulham @ 6/5

Leyton-OrientLeyton Orient v Port Vale

i don't like saying this but at 5/6 Orient look good here. They sit top of the league, winning all 5 games. Vale lack the quality now they have stepped up to this league, especially in the middle. Yes they are capable of getting a goal but I really can't see them getting a result here. Not sure why Orient are 5/6 but it looks a good bet

Orient @ 5/6

walsallCrewe v Walsall

I think Walsall have been a little unlucky this season, they try to play attractive football and when it comes together they are a good side. I think they have enough quality to see off Crewe

Walsall @ 13/8

chesterfield2Chesterfield v AFC Wimbledon

Chesterfield really impressed me last season. Best side in the division for me, just didn't produce enough results. This season however is a different story. They are producing results and they can beat anybody in this league. At 3/4 I'll take my chances.

Chesterfield @ 3/4

4 Fold pays around 18/1

  1. how can you say you have no faith in city?
I have followed/supported them for over 35 years and the’ve never failed to surprise me!!!!!!!
Snatching defeat from the jaws of success many a time, squandering a good lead only to draw 4/4…or just win in last few minutes.
The list goes on , but they are never dull team to follow!!
Not sure what they will do this season as tevez not there to inspire, but we will see, hopefully they will be above united easily now ferguson has gone. If city had a manager like ferguson we would defo win the league!!!

    1. Mark, please calm down!!

I’m not disputing what Man City have done over the last 35 years. I’m not saying they dont’t surprise us and I certainly didn’t say they are a dull team!! I just said I don’t have faith in them at Stoke, meaning I won’t be backing them at the price they are!…. yes they will probably go onto win the game but from what I have seen of them so far this season, they don’t looking convincing enough to go and win comfortably away from home, especially at the Britannia!

You lost away to Cardiff the other week, so can you see why I don’t want to bet on them here?
