Guardiola's men will have two aims this season, finishing in the top three if possible and securing an FA Cup win.

Manchester City remain in fourth place in the league, a win could move them above Liverpool into third place.

The match against Southampton sees Manchester City emerge as favourites, with City's pedigree informing the bookmakers.

West Brom welcome Liverpool to the Hawthorns this Sunday, with the hosts looking to address their poor run of form.

West Brom come into this match on the back of a 1-0 defeat, at home against Southampton.

The Reds come into this match on the back of a 2-1 win against Stoke, another good result for Liverpool.

It wasn't until the introductions of Firmino and Coutinho that Liverpool found an extra gear.

Phillipe Coutinho (70) scored his second goal in as many games, to level the scoring for Liverpool.

Fellow Brazillian Roberto Firmino (72) scored the winner just two minutes later, with an incredible volley.

Mixed Season So Far

Liverpool started the season in excellent fashion, but they have struggled to beat the sides below them.

They were looking like the only realistic challengers to Chelsea at one stage, they now find themselves 3rd in the table.

Jurgen Klopp's men are in excellent form, they are now undefeated in their last six matches.

They have won four and drawn two of those matches, they will be targeting back to back wins in this fixture.

The match against West Brom is another key match for Liverpool, they go into the match as heavy favourites.

Liverpool have to find a way to win these types of games, they are without key players Mane and Lallana though.
